The problem

Hollow Acres sold out most October weekends — and that was the trouble. Their old platform took a per-ticket fee on every one of those sales, and general admission meant everyone showed up at 7pm. The line wrapped the parking lot while slow hours sat empty.

What we built

  • Timed-entry ticketing with per-slot capacity, so arrivals spread across the night instead of stacking at open.
  • QR scan-in on staff phones plus a box office for walk-ups.
  • A staff portal with schedules and a time clock, replacing a group text and a whiteboard.
  • The HR & Staffing module to hire and onboard the seasonal cast online.

All of it on Hollow Acres’ own Stripe account and domain.

The result

The gate smoothed out, the per-ticket fees disappeared, and managers stopped rebuilding the schedule by hand every week. Same haunt, more kept revenue, far less chaos.
